Agar Agar Mango Cubes
850 ml canned mango pulp (from India)
250 ml water (from the sky)
2 tsp agar agar powder
Mix all the ingredients in a pot, bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a rectangular container and let it set (a couple of hours)
Cut into small cubes and decorate with small bamboo leaves.
