Spirulina Smoothie

This is a wonderful drink that I make very often (in fact almost everyday) for my family.

In a blender put 2 bananas, 4 apricots (stoned), 1 kiwi fruit, 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder, and top with apple juice. Blend and serve!

  1. That sounds really good! Dried apricots? I don't think I can get fresh right now. That smoothie is packed with nutrients! Apricots, spirulina and kiwi? Yum!

    Wish I could try that out, but here in Brazil I can only find Spirulina in pills. Didn't even know that was a powder version out there.

  3. Spirulina is another thing that I haven't tried out yet. I need to add it to my list of things to try soon. The smoothie sure sounds good though!
